The Vehicle Registration & Driver License Issuance Project - Phase 1
Wady Al Ain company has implemented the project of The General Traffic Directorate - Phase 1 for Vehicle Registration and Driver License Issuance and plate printing with the corporation of the German Company Muelbauer, which is considered the biggest company in the Technology industry of Software Development and the manufacturing of Laser Engraving Printers and the production smart and non-smart ID Cards and the production of the e-Passports.
The Maintenance of The Project of Vehicle Registration and Driver License Issuance - Phase 1
On 2013-05-10, Wady Al Ain Company finished the implementation of the Maintenance Contract for one year for twenty sites of the Traffic Directorate across Iraq with the Data Center in Baghdad. The maintenance included repairing all the malfunctions in 24 hours in whatever site, whether the fault was software or non-software, and with the replacement of all the malfunctioning devices, that had led the company to receive over 20 Letters of Thanks from the Project Administrative and the Registration Sites.

Wady Al Ain Company is the Local partner for The German Company Muelbauer, which has implemented and installed the National Project for Vehicle Registration and Driver License Issuance. This project is considered a strategic project in the country where the project can help the development of a variety of sectors in the country like Security and Economy and civilization development and different sectors.

The Vehicle Registration & Driver License Issuance Project - Phase 2
The second phase of the national project for Vehicle Registration and Driver License Issuance is considered a strategic project that assists in developing a variety of sectors in the country, Like Security, Economy, Civilization Sectors, and others. From the start of the first phase in 2010, this project has been considered the start stage of the e-government in Iraq.
The Second phase of the project aims to simplify the reviewing of applicants to the government departments and to trace their applications through a specific Web Portal for each applicant, not forgetting that this Web Portal feature has been enabled for the first time in the country.
The Second phase of the project helps the General Traffic Directorate with tracing the applications of the applicants that have been introduced in the system by the Officers, detecting frauding if it occurs, tracing the applications in all their steps, and guaranteeing the rights of the applicants, and knowing the delinquent and penalizing them legally, this phase of the project combines all the traffic police activities in one system (Fines, Law Enforcement, State Handling, and the source of vehicle importing and the owners of The Vehicles from importing moment until the registration or cancellation).
The Project of Human Resource System for The Ministry of Science & Technology
Wady Al Ain Company has designed, analyzed, and implemented the Human Resource System for the Ministry of Science and Technology based on all the requirements of the Ministry. This project has been supplied to the customer in record time and with the high edge of technology.
The Project of Vehicle Registration and Driver License Issuance - Kurdistan Region
Wady Al Ain Company is the Local partner for The German Company Muelbauer. It has implemented and installed 20 sites based on two phases (The Vehicle Registration Phase and The Driver License Issuance Phase) in the Kurdistan Region of the National Project for Vehicle Registration and Driver License Issuance, where this project is considered a strategic project in the Kurdistan, which the project can help in the development of a variety of sectors in the Kurdistan Region like Security and Economy and civilization development and much more sectors.
The Installation and Setup of the additional sites for The Traffic Police - Phase 2
With the cooperation of The German Company Muehlbauer, Wady Al Ain company has implemented the contract for the additional sites, which are five sites, from installation and setup of devices and configuration of the software components and linking them with the data center for the project of Vehicle Registration and Driver License issuance, and perform the maintenance for the problems and faults for these additional sites.
the supporting software for the National Project - Phase 2
Wady Al Ain Company has implemented Software Solutions to support the software components of the system for the National Project for more smoothness in the project's workload and to reduce the fault, which reduces the workload on the traffic staff, for example, the software solution to handle the errors during the application workflow of the applicant, Portable Information Administration Application for searching about law enforcement cases to be used by the police patrols, and The Application that gives the encryption code for the special license numbers, and more Software and Procedural solutions that support the traffic staff.
Supplying Operation Materials - Cards for The Vehicle Registration and The Driver License Cards
In 2018, the company collaborated with German company Muehlbauer to provide the General Traffic Directorate with four million cards for vehicle registration and two million cards for driver licenses based on the international standardization of the International Traffic Organization for the Vienna Conference. The company's staff also participated in the project by implementing the development and modification of the configuration for the system software components to support the production of the new design of the cards and ensure a smooth workflow.
Supplying Operation Materials - The License Plates
In 2019, Wady Al Ain Co. collaborated with the German company Tonnjes to provide the General Traffic Directorate with one million plates for vehicle registration. These plates included colorized temperature ribbons and installation bolts and were based on the design and standardization of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The plates also have the highest security measures and prevent the ability to be forged, as they passed all laboratory exams from the French company Bureau Veritas. The project workload and the requirements of civilians were considered, including quantities and categories such as private, taxi, governmental, and load.
Gun License Registration Project
Wadi Al Ain Company has implemented and designed a project for the Directorate of Gun License Issuance of the Ministry of Interior as part of the e-government solutions. The project was implemented in a short period and met the highest standards. The design included cutting-edge technologies and modern encryptions. The project has several systems to ensure the highest level of security solutions and a smooth workflow for managing the issuance of Gun License Documents, in addition to migrating the legacy data to the new system after integrating the old data with the new database structure of the system.
The project systems are (Data Enrollment System, Archiving System, Reporting System, Administration and Monitoring System, Document Issuance Verification System, and Meuhlbauer Personalization Unit - CLP 60 ).
